Refund Policy

Last updated 14 August 2026

We would rather you were happy than keep money you feel you shouldn’t have spent. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work.

Who you are actually paying

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the merchant of record for all orders — they take the payment and issue any refund. Your card statement will show Paddle, not us.

You can raise a refund with either of us. If you contact us we will approve it with Paddle on your behalf.

Free trial

Every church starts on a free trial with no card required. Nothing is charged until you choose a paid plan, so there is nothing to refund if you decide not to continue.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy within 14 days of your first payment, tell us and we will refund it in full. No explanation required, though we would appreciate hearing what went wrong.

Monthly subscriptions

  • Cancel any time from your account settings.
  • Cancelling stops the next payment. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • We do not normally refund part-months, because you keep the service for the rest of the period.

Annual subscriptions

If you cancel an annual plan after the first 14 days, tell us and we will refund the unused whole months on a pro-rata basis. So cancelling four months into a year gets you eight months back.

When we will refund outside these rules

We would rather be generous than argue. We will refund if:

  • The service was substantially unavailable for a prolonged period
  • You were charged after cancelling
  • You were charged twice for the same period
  • You were charged for a plan you did not choose

When we usually will not

  • Where an account was suspended for a serious breach of our Terms of Service
  • Where the complaint is that WhatsApp or Meta restricted messaging. We do not control their rules, and we say so plainly in the terms before you buy.
  • Periods more than 12 months ago

How to ask

Email pnel53@gmail.com with the email address on the account and roughly what happened. We aim to reply within two working days, and refunds usually reach your account within 5 to 10 working days once approved.

You can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other law that applies to you.
